Join us for an exciting evening with #1-bestselling crime writer Jack Heath as he presents his latest thrill ride, Kill Your Husbands, in conversation with Gabriel Bergmoser.

Three couples, friends since the university athletics team, travel to a house in the mountains for an unplugged weekend of drinking and bushwalking. No internet, no phones, no stress. On the first night, the topic of partner-swapping comes up. It's a joke - at first. But when the lights come back on, someone is missing. A search of the house and the surrounding bushland turns up a body. Five people remain. They have no way of contacting the police. Nor can they leave - the keys to the cars are missing. And the killer is just getting started.

Packed with twists and suspense, Kill Your Husbands is the perfect summer read - and an excellent Christmas gift for your sister-in-law. This event promises to be a great night out with two of Australia's wittiest and most devious crime writers. We'd love to see you there.

Trent is coming down the highway to sign copies of his new book From the Heart.

When Trent Cotchin was handed the reins of Richmond Football Club's team in 2013, he was a 22-year-old star, skilful and fearlessly hard at the ball. Coming off a Brownlow Medal-winning season, he embraced the captaincy and continued his quest to get the most out of himself for the benefit of the club.

Yet by the end of 2016, Trent was suffering from serious self-doubt. The media and fans were circling, questioning the club's leadership and culture, demanding answers for their poor performance in finals. With nothing to lose and facing down his own fear of failure, Trent put himself on the line in a new way. He laid himself bare and asked his teammates to do the same. Vulnerability - a foreign word to tough footballers back then - gave the players an incredible connection that resulted in the 2017 premiership, breaking a 37-year drought.

Trent went on to lead the team to two more flags in 2019 and 2020, cementing his place in Tiger history. Trent's personal journey involved doing the hard work to shift his focus from 'me' to 'we', abandoning the hunt for perfection in his own game for a more selfless - and ultimately more fulfilling - role. By leading with love and empathy, he brought out the best in those around him. With unflinching honesty and generosity, Trent shares the lessons he learnt in the hope that it will help others to live more authentically. This book is his legacy.

Please note: Trent will only be signing copies of his book, no other items or Richmond merchandise.

The Other Bridget is a feelgood romantic comedy by Australia's bestselling romance writer, ideal for fans of Emily Henry and Marian Keyes.

Named after a fictional character, librarian Bridget Jones was raised on a remote cattle station, with only her mother's romance novels for company now living alone in Fremantle, Bridget is a hopeless romantic. She also believes that anyone who doesn't like reading just hasn't met the right book yet, and that connecting books to their readers is her superpower. If only her love life was that easy. When handsome Italian barista Fabio progresses from flirting with love hearts on her coffee foam to joining the book club that she runs at her library, Bridget prays her romance 'curse' won't ruin things. But it's the attention of her cranky neighbour Sully that seems to be the major obstacle in her life. Why is he going to so much effort to get under her skin? With the help of her close friends and the colourful characters who frequent her library, Bridget decides to put both men to the test by finding just the right books to capture their different hearts. She soon discovers that not all romances start with a meet-cute, but they might just end in happily ever after......

Books will be available for sale, and Rachael will be signing copies following the event.
